Covid 19 Rules and Regulations
Dogs crate escape takes covid 19 rules and regulations very seriously. You can be reassured that we are following strict guidelines.
WALKs
Guidelines:
- Wearing Masks to collect and drop off the dogs
- Staying socially distanced
- Sanitizing hands regularly
- Wearing gloves for extra protection for those who are vulnerable
- Collecting dogs from the garden where possible to keep to prevent going into your homes
- Minimized time spent at houses collecting and dropping off dogs
- Where possible asking customers to have dogs already harnessed / collar on ready to clip on leads and go
- Pet friendly sanitisers stored in the van to disinfect each crate after each use.
- 2 meter distances kept from other by passers
- Dogs may be requested to be kept on lead
Pet Visits
Home visits
- Home owners must not be home
- All services must be sanitised
- Masks worn at all times indoors
- Hands sanitized before and after each visit
